This letter from a senior Experian employee is so bad it is almost good.
The problem, though, is that Experian has the power to ruin lives. This type of behavior is completely unacceptable.
The author of the letter, Wanda Williams, should be fired immediately.
Experian should also be investigated and fined.
Even though Experian does not have the same notoriety as the Bank of America, it is a significant part of today’s financial crisis.
